The Teaparty Movement, The Democrat Party, Racism and Incitement!

How about “Redistributing” common sense and brotherly love?

After a massive kickoff rally in Searchlight, Nevada, the Tea Party Express III is winding its way across America. They are received by large rallies of Tea Party patriots in city after city along the way. The three bus, 43 city tour arrives in Washington DC this week for a mega-rally on tax day April 15th.

Recent polls show that the Tea Party movement has bipartisan support. Despite a year-long stream of hate speech and lies from the mainstream media and Democrat officials, 63% of Americans say their views are closer to the Teaparty’s than to the President’s.

The mainstream media, in lockstep with the Administration, has gone to the gutter in their effort to brand this important movement as a pack of howling racists.

The Tea Party movement, meanwhile, has seen no shortage of critics in the press. The New York Times has faulted it for setting off a powder keg of “mostly white” nativists, separatists, militia members and wild conspiracy theorists. Columnist Frank Rich compared Tea Partiers’ “tsunami of anger” to that of Nazis and segregationists. Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson said they are guilty of echoing the “paranoid ravings of the most extreme right-wing nutcases.”

And the beat goes on: CNN worried that the “dangerous rhetoric” of Tea Party activists may be “inciting violence” against lawmakers. And Salon columnist Joan Walsh did one better, painting the group as “disturbingly racist and reactionary, from its roots to its highest branches.”  - Fox News

Democrat leaders describe Teapartyers as Nazisevil-mongersracists, and un-American. In an attempt to provoke an ugly incident Congressional Black Caucus members went fishing for racism on Capitol Hill. They paraded in the midst of  a Teaparty protest immediately before the final vote on the healthcare bill. The MSM has endlessly reported that Teapartyers hurled the “n” word at congressmen. There exists no photo or sound-bite evidence despite the sea of cameras present at the time and a $100,000 reward for proof.

Now Marinated-in-Marxism Democrats and supporters have posted plans to impersonate patriots to infiltrate and disrupt Teapartys on April 15th including the mega rally in DC which is the finale for the Tea Party Express. Incitement is what the anti-Teaparty hate campaign is all about and that is not acceptable in a civil society. Having Agent Provocateurs performing for the Democrat party media machine is anti-democratic and dangerous.

With SEIU union boss Andy Stern the most frequent visitor to Obama’s Oval Office, it came as no surprise to see union goons confronting Tea Partiers in the streets last summer. In a fashion common in third world dictatorships, unionized workers intimidated Tea Partiers in cities across America.

Kenneth Gladney. at a Teaparty Express II event in Denver

This White House-directed thuggery culminated in the beating and hospitalization of Kenneth Gladney. Andy Stern’s S.E.I.U. thugs didn’t approve of a black man peddling patriotic products at a townhall protest, so they beat the hell out of him while calling him a “nigger”.

Andrew Breitbart explains: “Let’s go back to the Kenneth Gladney situation…The exact day that Barack Obama’s administration said of the town hall protests that we need to punch back twice as hard, a memo came from John Sweeney, from the AFLCIO, saying for organized labor to get into town hall protesters’ faces. That’s the day that all the violence happened. The exact moment that the violence happened. And the ‘n’-word was hurled at Kenneth Gladney, and he was beaten to a pulp and our good friends at Media Matters were there, to basically blame Kenneth Gladney. And I wondered at the time, I don’t understand, why are they defending this hate crime? And I just found out yesterday, from some documentation that we got, that the SEIU pays Media Matters tens of thousands of dollars a year, and so they’re there to do cleanup after they act like thugs.”

Months later, Eric Holder, United States Attorney General, saw fit to make sure assault charges were dropped against the Obama race enforcers just as in the Black Panther voter intimidation case!

Americans recognize this type of activity as that normally seen initiated by anti-democratic regimes like that of the Castros, Chavezes and Mugabes of the world. In Cuba they are called Repudiation agents. This comes at the same time that the Castros are preparing to send out the mobs against dissenters and bloggers in Cuba.

I am primarily a photographer, and have documented the Teaparties for the historical record. I have met many in the movement as well as members of the Express. They are wonderful people. One such person is Lloyd Marcus.

Marcus and grandparents of the first USN Seal killed in Iraq, Marc Lee

I first met Lloyd Marcus in 2008. He told me about his life, and how living in the first government housing projects impacted his family and the black community there. It was the story of how big government’s attempt to eradicate poverty collided with the 1960s narco-sexual liberation movement to create a disastrous nightmare for black families.

Lloyd escaped the fate of many of his cousins whose lives were lost or ruined by 60s liberalism’s faulty doctrines. He shrugged off what he calls the “victim mindset instilled by liberals” and forged his own way as a free man living a conservative life of common sense and brotherly love.

Here is what I posted about Lloyd in ’08:

Lloyd Marcus is a wonderful singer and talented painter. He grew up in the projects of East Baltimore. The tragedies he saw there as a child made him realize that Great Society projects and welfare destroy people’s lives and their communities.

Marcus’ drift toward the right of the political spectrum began when he was about 10 years old. His parents moved with their five children into a brand-new, high-rise apartment building in the Baltimore projects. Then came their neighbors. Most of them were on various types of governmental assistance. Many were drug addicts, alcoholics and criminals. They destroyed the apartment building. “Within one year, it was ruined,” Marcus said. “It taught me a lot about liberalism. If you don’t work for something, you don’t care about it. People blame the white man. It wasn’t the white man in the halls raping people.”

As an survivor of the left’s “cultural revolution”, and a veteran of the Tea Party movement, he has become a leading voice for resistance to Barack Obama’s attempt to build a greater socialist utopia and “change America” forever.

Lloyd Marcus

“As a black conservative, I am often called a traitor to my race. I submit that the true traitors are the race profiteers: liberals and socialists who have hijacked Dr. King’s movement, shattered his dream, and betrayed his legacy.

Remember this classic commercial? As a car drives down the highway, trash is thrown from the window, littering the landscape. The camera cuts to the face of an American Indian. A tear rolls down his cheek. Imagine the face being that of MLK. A tear rolls down his cheek upon seeing what has happened to his inspired movement and his dream of brotherhood.” –  Lloyd Marcus

Political activism is a sacred way of life for liberal/socialists and radicals, and for decades they have poured their souls into tearing down America and fabricating a Euro-style welfare state. For the loud, lewd left, dissent has always been trumpeted as the greatest virtue in America. “Dissent is the highest form of patriotism” signs were all the rage up till about a year and a half ago. Now, with the election of America’s most radical leftist senator to the presidency, dissent is no longer patriotic. It is now called racism.

Showdown in Searchlight

Sarah Palin Pals around with Patriots in the Nevada Desert.

March 28th, 2010, Las Vegas, NV  -  by El Marco

Conservatives from across America gathered near Harry Reid’s hometown of Searchlight, Nevada, on Saturday, to send a message to Washington. Reid and other corruptocrats are facing the political fight of their lives this November in elections that promise to transform the political landscape.

If this administration continues, we are all going to be in barrels. Get the radicals out of office and let’s take back our country.

We arrived at 6 a.m., and it’s a good thing we did. Thousands were already seated in their own folding chairs in orderly rows in front of the stage. Sarah Palin was not scheduled to speak until noon. It was very cold and windy but it didn’t faze grandpa one bit as he posed radiantly in his barrel of dissent. Many were engaged in animated conversations about politics with the people around them. They were excited to be at, what was for most of them, their first Tea Party, and to be in a situation where they could talk politics with strangers. Liberals feel they have carte blanche to go around saying to anyone and everyone that Bush is Hitler, but conservatives are learning to become more outspoken (but within their civil and polite tradition) as they see their country’s founding principals being trashed by radical Democrat liberals.

This event was organized as the first stop of the Tea Party Express III tour of 43 cities. They will arrive in Washington, D.C.  at the Capitol on April 15th, for the gigantic tax day Tea Party rally.

This long-haired Chihuahua in his Harley Davidson outfit belongs to a big conservative biker hombre. The message here seems to be that conservatives would rather vote for a tiny yellow Mexican dog than any liberal democrat or RINO republican.

Here’s one candidate you can be sure won’t alienate our friends and encourage our enemies.

The Obama Administration reaches out to some of the world’s worst regimes in the name of their engagement policy. America and our allies watch as sanctions are eased on Cuba. Letters are written to Iran’s mullahs only to see that regime start killing protestors in the streets of Tehran. Envoys are sent to North Korea as they continue to defy the world’s demand to give up their nuclear weapons. The Burmese military junta’s representative is allowed to travel to our nation’s capital. The President’s envoy for Sudan talks about giving that genocidal regime “gold stars,” while the President shakes hands with Venezuela’s tyrannical leader. In the midst of all this embracing of enemies, where does the Obama Administration choose to escalate a minor incident into a major diplomatic confrontation? With Iran, Cuba, Sudan, North Korea or Burma? No. With our treasured ally, Israel.  Sarah Palin

I think we all know the answer to this question.

Obama Wants to Exploit Physicians not Listen to Them

Doctors Treated to Abuse at White House and by Democrats in Congress.

By El Marco,  3/10/2010 – Americans recall how Obama amazed the nation with his straw-man characterizations of doctors who perform unnecessary amputations and tonsillectomies out of greed. What people don’t know is how doctors have been mistreated behind closed doors by the White House and by Democrats in Congress.

Here are two stories that show the kind of abuse doctors have been subjected to in Obama’s Washington. The first sordid tale was reported by Matt Latimer at Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government. I will follow excerpts of that story with an El Marco exclusive peek at how one group of doctors who support Obama was subjected to Rahm Emanuel’s beastly behavior in the White House. But first here’s Latimer’s account of doctors treated badly by congressional Democrats.

Attempting to enact his big-government health care scheme, President Obama and his supporters frequently claimed that a “majority” of doctors supported his health-care plans.  When the American Medical Association – which had opposed HillaryCare – signed onto Obama’s plan last year, the organization seemed to make the President’s case.  Most people assumed that the AMA represented most of the doctors in the country.  But in fact, the AMA represents less than 20 percent of all physicians in the United States.  And yet as the organization’s leadership moved more to the left, it held a near monopoly on media attention on issues pertaining to public health. No longer.

As the AMA has become increasingly politicized in recent years – issuing a statement in support of climate change, for example, in 2008 – a new group of doctors has risen to challenge them.

AMERICA’S TEAPARTY MOVEMENT

Happy Birthday to the Party of HELL NO!

February 2010  -  by EL MARCO

MG_0216x

In 2009 big things happened in America. Some were good and some were not. One of the good big things was the birth of the Tea Party Movement. It is made up of angry Americans of every socioeconomic, ethnic, and racial stripe. They have been called the happiest, most courteous, hardworking and responsible angry people in the world. (They have been called other things too, but I’ll get to that later.) They see their movement as a great revolt against years of fiscally ruinous, unconstitutional misrule by a corrupt political class in Washington and the States.

This phenomenon might instead have been dated to September 25, 2008 and the movement called the Ice Cream Party, had the November election turned out differently. Ben Cohen, of Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream, is the founder of the Soros funded radical leftist “grassroots group” True Majority. Cohen claims 700,000 members and says he organized over 251 events in 41 states to protest against a bill in the House which would eventually become Bush’s $700,000,000,000 TARP bailout of Wall Street. The protests also included a laundry list of unions and leftist groups including ACORN.

9/11 Families Rally Blasts Obama’s Show Trial Travesty

Who are Khalid Shaikh Mohammed’s “peers” for Jury Duty?

New York City, (in spirit), Dec. 5, 2009  -  by El Marco

Today 500 protesters rallied in the pouring cold rain at Manhattan’s federal courthouse where the recently announced Terrorist vs America, circus trials will take place. Two weeks ago, the 9/11 Never Forget Coalition sent a letter signed by 300 family members of 9/11 victims to President Obama, Attorney General Holder, and Defense Secretary Robert Gates asking them to reverse course. The letter has now been signed by over 135,000 Americans.

We adamantly oppose prosecuting the 9/11 conspirators in Article III courts, which would provide them with the very rights that may make it possible for them to escape the justice which they so richly deserve. We believe that military commissions, which have a long and honorable history in this country dating back to the Revolutionary War, are the appropriate legal forum for the individuals who declared war on America. With utter disdain for all norms of decency and humanity, and in defiance of the laws of warfare accepted by all civilized nations, these individuals targeted tens of thousands of civilian non-combatants, brutally killing 3,000 men, women and children, injuring thousands more, and terrorizing millions.

photo: P Hall

It is morally offensive to offer Constitutional protections to individuals charged with murdering 3,000 individuals, in essence, to jeopardize justice for war crimes victims, in order to make an appeal to the Muslim world. The use of Article III courts after the 1993 World Trade Center attack didn’t stop any of the subsequent terrorist plots, including the attack on Khobar Towers, 19 Americans killed, the 1998 East African Embassy bombing, 212 killed, the USS Cole bombing, 17 sailors killed. The attacks of 9/11 were a resounding rebuke to the view that federal courts were an appropriate counterterrorism strategy. Afterward, we didn’t send law enforcement personnel to apprehend the perpetrators, we sent the United States military, who captured them and held them pursuant to the 2001 Authorization of the Use of Military Force (AUMF).

The American people do not support the use of our cherished federal courts as a stage by the “mastermind of 9/11″ and his co-conspirators to condemn this nation and rally their fellow terrorists the world over. As one New York City police detective, who lost 60 fellow officers on 9/11, told members of the Department of Justice’s Detainee Policy Task Force at a meeting last June, “You people are out of touch. You need to hear the locker room conversations of the people who patrol your streets and fight your wars.”

photo: P Hall

On Tuesday New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly stunned the nation when he revealed that city officials were not consulted, prior to the recent government announcement, of the decision to bring the 9/11 terrorist conspirators to trial in a New York City civilian court. “There was no consultation, no consultation with the police department. That decision was made. We were informed.”

Debra Burlingame, rally organizer and co-founder of 9/11 Families for a Safe & Strong America said Tuesday, “This shocking revelation makes it crystal clear that the Attorney General’s decision to bring Khalid Shaikh Mohammed (KSM) to New York City was pre-ordained, and he wasn’t about to ask for input that would have resulted in his having to defend the indefensible.”

UPDATE: A 9/11 TRUTHER with a thick Greek accent, interrupted the rally speakers by climbing barricades and the stage and yelling truther garbage to the assembled crowd. Although he was ignored by everyone except security who removed him, the police didn’t look so kindly on his performance. After fleeing to a nearby Starbucks a heartwarming New York drama unfolded.VIDEO Hat tip: P. Hall

mozi_122

I photographed the “Danish cartoon protest” in Dag Hammarskjold Plaza in 2006. These ”New Yorkers” were participating in the worldwide Islamist protests against the publication of cartoons in Denmark.

Some say Al Qaeda mastermind KSM has no peers in New York since he is not an American. At the cartoon rally I suspect that he had more than a few sympathizers and even “peers”. Moderate moslems do not protest harmless cartoons or western free speech traditions. Only Islamists and their leftist enablers do. Just as International Communists renounce nationalism, Islamists proclaim that they are moslems first, above and before they are nationals of non-moslem countries.

Obama, in gifting a civil trial to KSM, has entitled him to a trial by a jury of his peers. But who in New York City are KSM’s peers? Christians? Jews? Hindus or Sikhs? Atheists? These are KSM’s prey not his peers. Only Islamists are KSM’s peers, with the addition of some far leftists who regard terrorism as a revolutionary virtue.

Obama Mao T-shirts Banned in China, Popular in USA

Updated – November 16 2009 – by El Marco

While China bans Oba-Mao T-shirts and cracks down on consumers and producers, it’s an entirely different story in the U.S. Capital. The popularity of Obama iconography around the world is indisputable, but who can match the audacity of those who cater to the cult of Obama just a few blocks from the White House? T-shirts, shot glasses, and even condoms are all freely available and sales are unrestricted in Obama’s new neighborhood in Washington, D.C.

_MG_0001

This T-shirt in the window of the Washington DC Souvenir Headquarters caught my eye and my curiosity.

._MG_0016

DurIng Obama’s visit to China CNN reported that police harassed them when they purchased a recently banned OBA MAO T-shirt in Bejing. ”  CNN reported that ”a news blitz indicated the shirts had been “banned” by the Chinese government amid worries that they may offend the American president. It depicts President Obama wearing a Red Army uniform, the “Chinese communist-style” outfit made famous by Chairman Mao. On the front it says “Serve the People” in Chinese. On the back, “Oba-Mao” in English.”

CNN and the national press make a point of ignoring the fact that OBA MAO shirts are for sale everyday in America’s Capitol. All sorts of “communist Obama” posters flood the streets every time there is a protest against his fiscal policies, and the press fails to report about that huge trend either. US made “communist Obama” T-shirts are widely available on the internet, but can they really be meant as a compliment to the new President?

Tea Party Express Gathers Steam Across America

_MG_0144-2

As Democrats in Washington plan a cram down of their massive health care bill, America’s burgeoning Tea Party movement is gathering momentum. The call has gone out to converge on the nation’s capital Thursday and confront lawmakers face to face in their offices.

The Tea Party Express bus tours November 3rd Denver stop coincided with Election Day 2009. Thousands of Coloradans showed up at the Civic Center to protest growing government spending, attacks on Liberty and the private sector. Everyone was energized about sending a message to those who are recklessly increasing the national debt while steering America towards socialism.

_MG_0244

Lu Ann Busse, the Colorado chair of the 9/12 Movement, points to Nancy Pelosis 1,990 page health care bill. The pages were passed around so that tea partyers could participate in shredding the bill. The shredded pages will be delivered to lawmakers in Washington. People are being asked to arrive in D.C. by noon Thursday.

Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann said Wednesday: ”There will be information people can take so they can find their congressmen and go into the capitol. Don’t bring your pitchforks. Bring your video cameras. Get these members of congress on camera. Ask them what are you going to do about voting on healthcare, keep your hands up on healthcare. And then post those YouTubes on video. I think about all you need to know about how bad this bill is is that members of congress have exempted themselves from it. It’s good enough for you, not good enough for them, and they are only giving you 72 hours to read it. So they obviously are embarrassed of their own bill.”

Joe Wurzelbacher joined in the shredding, as did Deborah Johns, Vice Chair of Our Country Deserves Better PAC.

TEA PARTY MOVEMENT DENOUNCES MEDIA CORRUPTION

Nation-wide Protest Rallies Aimed at Biased “STATE MEDIA”

October 19, 2009, Denver, CO  -  by EL MARCO

In more than 100 cities across the U.S. protesters converged on newspaper and television offices Saturday to denounce the liberal-left bias in national and international reporting. These latest rallies are a response to blatantly biased media coverage of the center-right taxpayer protests, which began in February as a response to Washington’s unprecedented deficit spending. The ”Teaparty” movement gathered steam through the spring and summer with a series of nationwide rallies. On September 12th a massive Tea party was staged in Washington DC.

_MG_0119-2Can You Hear Us Now Protesters at NBC news headquarters in Denver on Saturday

These people are fed up with the MSM’s dishonest news coverage. When a million of these taxpayers swamped the nation’s capital on September 12 2009, big media dismissed them as angry racists and reported only tens of thousands. The Daily Mail the second largest newspaper in England headlined the event: A million march to US Capitol to protest against ‘Obama the socialist’.

_MG_0198

I have personally experienced being in crowds of over one million on three occasions. Once in Santo Domingo, at a Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD) march and rally in the late 1980s. I spent eight hours photographing that crowd. My second experience was when the people of Bali, rallied in support of Megawati Sukarnoputri when she visited Denpasar in the late 1990′s. She was later elected President of Indonesia. Both of those rallies were documented by national newspapers to have exceeded 1 million people.

I was also in Washington DC on 9/12, and I believe based on what I saw there, that 9/12 was a similar rally of over a million.

_MG_0025

The “tea party patriots” have been denigrated and attacked repeatedly by corporate media giants and administration officials in the most vicious and lewd terms. They were called racists, nazis, and teabaggers by media and government elites. The size and demeanor of all these rallies goes under-reported or misreported and downgraded. Saturdays “Can You Hear Us Now” rallies in dozens of cities across the U.S. are a direct response to unethical liberal media misreporting in politics, both domestic and foreign.

Conservative Woodstock Rocks the Capital

Patriotic anti-big-government taxpayers blast through the million protester mark.

September 12, 2009, Washington, D.C.  -  by EL MARCO

Americans flooded D.C. in what people in the crowd were calling “a conservative Woodstock”. Like the liberal Woodstock of the ’60s, thousands were rumored stranded on freeways. Some walked in to DC, ditching their cars and busses. I walked with a 5 deep 6 block long column of protesters from Pennsylvania who had walked miles from where they had to leave their busses. Networks including Fox News continued through the time I’m writing this at 8 p.m. local Eastern time reporting that “tens of thousands” showed up. Whasup with that?  When will we get some reliable reporting out of the corporate media types? UPDATE: Two days later, there is still no conclusive count of the participants. Michelle Malkin’s site goes over the whole issue on a post linked at the end of this article.

Protesters flooded Washington today in what people in the crowd are calling “a conservative Woodstock”. Like the liberal Woodstock of the ’60s, thousands were rumored stranded on freeways. Some walked in to DC, ditching their cars and busses. I walked with a 5 deep 6 block long column of protesters from Pennsylvania who told me they had walked miles from where they were forced by gridlock to leave their busses. Networks including Fox News continued through the time I’m writing this at 8 p.m. local Eastern time reporting that “tens of thousands” showed up. What is up with that?  When will we get some reliable reporting out of the corporate media types? UPDATE: Two days later, there is still no conclusive count of the participants. Michelle Malkin’s site goes over the whole issue on a post linked at the end of this article.

This event had been promoted as a taxpayer “tea party” but the crowd’s concerns were wide ranging, from outrage at the corrupt ACORN activists and Obama’s socialist cadre known as Czars, to Obama’s naked untruthfulness. Protesters also displayed signs mocking Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid for smearing the grassroots movement as “astroturfers” and an “angry mob”.

_MG_0198

I think this gathering should be appreciated as the extremely important historical event that it is. This is the first great conservative anti-statist manifestation in American history. The conservative movement, which developed in the post-WWII, Cold War environment has now fully matured into the most significant political movement of the 21st century. I believe that this day could be referred to in the not too distant future as the day that changed America. This was the day the great silent conservative majority finally found its voice.

Many of the attendees were quite meek and timid and were unsure of exactly what to expect, this being the first time in their lives they’d been involved in a protest movement. Their fears evaporated early in the day and people reveled in the camaraderie , the joy and sheer civility that was exhibited at the entire event. Chants of “Freedom, freedom, freedom”, “No more czars! No more czars!” carried through the air without the slightest hint of the rancor which is the norm at the many leftist rallies I have photographed over the years.

_MG_0199x

The two photos above show a tiny fraction of the multitude that surged through the American capitol. I saw signs and heard lots of comments comparing this event to Woodstock. At the time this photo was taken, around 1:00 p.m., Pennsylvania Avenue was still jammed completely, and the mall was packed from the Capitol Building past the Washington Monument. See photo here.

_MG_0011-1-2

Protesters came from every state in the union. This man came from San Antonio, TX. He said that he was really sorry he hadn’t brought his family. He stated that being a black conservative he was unwilling to expose his children to what he expected would be a lot of liberal abuse. He was thrilled with the overall tenor of the event and the fact that no liberals were present to harass him. He spoke about how incredibly intolerant the left is to black individuals who don’t bow to the party line.

_MG_0239x These Ohioans took a day off their rodeo bull-riding schedule. They said they’ll be back at it tomorrow.

Mike Pence (R-Indiana) was one of the speakers who addressed the crowd: “After years of fighting runaway government on this hill, you people look like the cavalry to me..I believe we are on the verge of a great American awakening.”
